The TileLink cooperative art project, completed in 1997, features tile benches and sidewalk borders at the Metrolink Station on Delmar Boulevard. Arts in Transit, the Skinker-DeBaliviere Community Council and the West End Arts Council conceived and implemented the idea of using individual tiles handcrafted by members of the community. The finished tiles were then installed by Williams Tile & Marble Inc.
